1. Services

We provide book marketing and author-support services, including Amazon optimization, Goodreads engagement, email marketing, author website development, book trailers, cover design, content design, and social media management. Exact deliverables, timelines, and prices are agreed in writing (by message, quote, or order) before work begins.

2. No guaranteed results

Book sales, rankings, reviews, followers, and engagement depend on many factors outside our control, including the book itself, the market, and platform algorithms. We work to give your book the best chance, but we do not guarantee any specific result.

3. Platform rules

We follow the rules of the platforms we work on, including Amazon, Goodreads, Meta, and TikTok. We do not buy reviews, fake engagement, or use methods that violate platform policies. We will decline requests that would put your accounts at risk.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and materials on time, to own or have the right to use everything you give us (text, images, covers, and so on), and to give feedback within a reasonable time. Delays on your side may delay delivery.

5. Payment

Fees are agreed before work starts. Payment is due as stated in your order or invoice or through the platform you hired us on (Fiverr, Upwork, or direct invoice). Work may be paused if payment is overdue.

6. Revisions and refunds

The number of revisions included is stated in your order. Refunds are handled case by case and follow the rules of the platform used for payment. Refunds are not available once work has begun, except where we fail to deliver what was agreed.

7. Ownership of work

Once payment is complete, you own the final deliverables created for you. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. We keep the right to our templates, methods, and any material you did not pay for.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your unpublished manuscripts and business information private and use them only to deliver your project.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indie Book Growth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or income, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and this website from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the latest version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria
